Denise Milani's Growth

As her body Stretched into a a massive size, she had to drop to her knees in order to stop her head hitting the ceiling. She glanced down at the food she was eating  before she grew. Is it a coincidence that she grew or has something in the food? Denise wonders if it is worth taking another bite. Will she grow? Will the food even satisfy her at this size?
